Faciotech ID Agent Guide

Faciotech ID is the public customer identity broker for supported Faciotech applications. It brokers Microsoft Entra External ID sign-in to relying parties only after entitlement and target validation.

Auth model

Users start at a relying-party alias or /login, validate identity through Microsoft External ID, then receive a brokered SSO assertion for the requested Faciotech app. Staff/admin relying parties require privileged-staff policy.

Relying parties

Supported public product families include WHMCS billing, Builder, Chat, CRM, FTStatus, Linqabl and Merxara/reseller flows. Admin/staff surfaces remain authenticated and are not exposed as public discovery targets.

Privacy and security

Public agent routes expose only product and auth-model metadata. They do not expose tenant configuration, target URLs, secrets, tokens, state-store contents, customer data, internal hosts or staging inventory.
